These evening events are generally held once or twice a year.
Three or four platform mediums take turns giving messages from Spirit to members of the audience. There is no guarantee that each audience member will receive a message. However, often Spirits will piggy-back together, so it can be very helpful to listen to the messages that are given to others.
All proceeds are donated to local charities.
